      Being an Associate Broker means more than just buying or selling real estate for a client. It means assisting an individual or family in purchasing something that will mean safety and security for them. It means finding out what “needs” the client has and then meeting “their” needs.
 
     “Listening” is one of the most important things I will do with any client. During my twenty years in the U. S. Coast Guard I did a lot of “listening” and “learning”. This prepared me to succeed when I retired. My wife Debbie and I relocated to Fort Mohave, Arizona from Torrance, California in November, 1993 because we wanted a smaller town and neighborhood community to live in where people are friendly and you know your neighbor.
 
     It is important as an Associate Broker with US Southwest® that I treat all clients with respect and professionalism. Whether they are a buyer or a seller I will give 110% effort toward “success”. “Success” meaning closing the deal!
 
     My personal interests include golf and travel. My community involvement includes being Treasurer of the Bullhead City Rotary Club for a second year, Charter Governing Board Member for the Western Arizona Vocational Education District (JTED), and a member of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of Realtors^®.
